Pumpkin Peanut Butter Dog Treats – Domaci pasji piskoti iz buck

This is a healthy grain free and gluten free homemdae dog treats recipe. It is very simple to bake to cookies and they are extremly healthy for your pup!

To make pumpkin dog cookies, you will need:

¾ cup cooked, cooled & mashed pumpkin (MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE SEEDS)

¾ cup Creamy peanut butter

3 Cups Brown Rice Flour

2 eggs

½ tsp cinnamon

  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes place it in boiling water and cook until soft. Mash the pumpkin and let it cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place brown rice flour and cinnamon in a large bowl and stir it a little.
  4. Now in a smaller bowl stir together pumpkin, peanut butter and eggs.
  5. Fold wet ingredients into flour. Now here you can use the mixer to help you mix that. When mixed, kneed together into cookie dough. It might be a little crumbly because brown rice flour doesn’t have any gluten. You can also add a little water to it or more pumpkin.
  6. Roll the dough out about 1/2inch thick on a floured surface (use brown rice flour)
  7. Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter of your choice and place them on a baking sheet
  8. Bake cookies in a preheated oven for about 15 min until golden brown
  9. Cool and store in airtight container

If you want them to last longer, then after they are done baking, leave them in the oven which you turned off and let them dehydrate. That way the cookies will be completely dry, also harder but will last longer and won’t get moldy.

Za izdelavo domacih in zdravih bucnih pasjih piskotov, ki so brez glutena, potrebujemo:

3/4 jogurtovega loncka kuhane in pretlacene buce (OBVEZNO BREZ SEMEN)

3/4 jogurtovega loncka arasidovega masla

3 jogurtove loncke moke rjavega riza ali moke mletega ovesa

2 jajci

pol male zlicke cimeta

  1. Buco olupi in jo skuhaj v vrelem kropu do mehkega. Odcedi in naredi pire ter pusti ohladiti.
  2. Pecico segrej na 175 stopinj Celzija in pripravi pekac oblozen s peki papirjem
  3. Vzemi vecjo skledo in v njej zmesaj moko in cimet
  4. V manjski skledi zmesaj buco, jajci in arasidovo maslo
  5. Zdaj vmesaj mokro zmes v moko. Tu si lahko pomagas z mikserjem, da bo hitreje. Ce se testo prevec drobi, dodaj se eno jajce ali malo vode. Rizeva moka namrec ne vsebuje glutena in se zato dobro ne veze.
  6. Zdaj testo razvaljaj na 1/2 cm debeline, da se ne prijema podlage, namokaj pult z rizevo moko
  7. Izrezi piskote in jih zlozi na pekac
  8. Peci jih nekje 15 minut, do zlate barve
  9. Ohladi in shrani v nepredusni posodi

Ce zelis, da imajo daljsi rok trajanja jih po peki pusti v ze ugasnjeni pecici, da se dehidrirajo. Tako se izognes plesnitvi, ki jo povzroci vlaga.
